Doesn't seem like anyone uses this site for anything, so I figured I'd come here to express my discontent with the recent customer service I received. This goes back to December, in which my package came with an unwrapped soap that melted all over the other contents of the package. Made for a very disappointing Christmas morning. I emailed the customer service team and nothing ever came from it. No apology, and they actually ghosted me. This time, after placing an order I went to check my Lush Club points and saw that I had none. Apparently, the Lush club is an entirely different entity than just a regular account. This was never explained, displayed anywhere, or prompted at checkout. I emailed asking if my points could be added, since I now realized the discrepancy. They said no. Manager said no. Even if the points cannot be added, nothing has been offered to me to compensate for the loss of what would've been $135 in rewards points. I make $10 an hour. That was 18 hours of my work week worth of product. I've loved Lush for years, and always go out of my way to shop there since I don't have a store within 100 miles of me. I know it may be chump change to the people who can typically afford Lush products, but not me. I have a feeling I'll be ghosted this time too. Sadly, this will probably be my last Lush purchase ever.
